SunPower Shed

Solar panel installation & battery storage

Bringing Dependable Solar Energy Solutions to Every Roof

SunPower Shed designs, installs and maintains solar power systems for homes and businesses. Every project starts with an engineer on your roof, not a guess on a spreadsheet — so the system you pay for is the system that performs.

No pressure, no copy-paste proposals — just honest numbers.

Tell us a little about your property and your electricity use. A SunPower Shed engineer will call you back, schedule a site assessment, check your roof structure, shading and wiring, and then prepare a written proposal showing system size, expected generation, equipment brands and a clear payback estimate.

Most assessments take about an hour on site, and your proposal follows within three working days.

The future is overhead

Welcome to SunPower Shed

We started SunPower Shed with a simple belief: a solar system should be engineered like infrastructure, not sold like a gadget. That means load analysis before panel counts, structural checks before mounting rails, and protection devices sized to the real current — not the brochure.

Today our engineers and installation crews deliver rooftop, ground-mount and hybrid battery systems, and we stay on as the people you call for monitoring, cleaning and repairs for years afterwards.

What we offer

Our Clean Power Services

From a single family roof to a factory shed spanning thousands of square metres, we handle the full journey: feasibility, design, approvals, installation, commissioning and aftercare.

Every service below is delivered by our own team, using tier-one modules, certified inverters and protection gear rated for high heat and humidity.

Residential Solar Systems

Grid-tied and hybrid rooftop systems sized to your home's real consumption, with tidy cabling and app-based monitoring.

Commercial & Industrial Solar

High-yield arrays for factories, warehouses and offices that cut daytime grid demand and protect margins.

Battery Storage & Backup

Lithium iron phosphate storage that keeps lights, fans and critical loads running when the grid drops.

Maintenance & Repair

Cleaning, thermal inspection, inverter servicing and fault repair for systems we built — and systems we didn't.

Engineered

not guessed

Every array we install is modelled for shade, tilt and orientation before a single panel reaches the roof.

What a Well-Built Solar System Delivers

Brochure numbers are measured in laboratories. Ours are measured on rooftops. These are the typical outcomes we design for on a properly sized, well-ventilated and regularly cleaned system — and the targets we track through monitoring after handover.

Questions Homeowners Ask First

Still deciding? These are the questions we hear most during site visits. For the full walkthrough of our process, visit the How It Works page.

As a rule of thumb, every kilowatt of modern panels needs roughly 5 to 6 square metres of unshaded roof. During the site assessment we measure usable areas, check structure and shading, and confirm the exact layout.
Yes. Output drops under heavy cloud, but panels still generate from diffuse light. We size systems on annual generation, and battery storage can carry evening and backup loads.
Standard grid-tied inverters shut down for safety when the grid fails. If you want power during outages, we design a hybrid system with battery storage and a protected backup circuit.
Most homes are installed in one to three days. Commercial projects are scheduled in phases so your operations continue while we work.
Panels need periodic cleaning, especially in dusty seasons, plus an annual electrical and thermal inspection. We offer maintenance plans so you never have to remember.
