A Thorough Visit, Documented

Safe shutdown and isolation

We follow a documented shutdown sequence, isolate AC and DC sides and verify zero energy before touching any component.

Cleaning and visual inspection

Panels are cleaned with soft brushes and treated water — never abrasive tools or pressure washers — and checked for cracks, delamination and loose clamps.

Electrical testing

We test string voltages and currents, insulation resistance and earthing continuity, and re-torque terminals that have loosened with heat cycles.

Inverter and battery review

Error logs, firmware, cooling fans and battery state of health are reviewed, with updates applied where appropriate.

Report and recommendations

You receive a short report with photos, readings and any recommended repairs, priced clearly before we do any extra work.
