The terms that apply when you use our website or engage SunPower Shed for solar design, installation, storage and maintenance.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of sunpowershed.com and the solar design, supply, installation, storage and maintenance services provided by SunPower Shed. By using our website or accepting a quotation, you agree to these terms.
Quotations are based on information available at the time, including your site assessment and electricity bills. Unless stated otherwise, quotations are valid for 30 days. Prices may change if equipment costs, exchange rates, site conditions or project scope change before the order is confirmed.
Generation and savings figures in proposals are estimates based on simulation and typical conditions. Actual performance depends on weather, shading, usage patterns, maintenance and grid availability, and is not guaranteed.
An order is confirmed when you accept the quotation in writing and pay the agreed advance. Payments follow the milestone schedule stated in your quotation — typically an advance on order, a payment on equipment delivery and the balance on commissioning. Equipment remains the property of SunPower Shed until paid in full.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed dates. Timelines may change due to weather, equipment availability, approvals from third parties, site conditions or events beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any delay.
Panels, inverters, batteries and other equipment carry the manufacturer warranties stated in your proposal. In addition, SunPower Shed provides a written workmanship warranty covering defects in our installation work for the period stated in your contract.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, lack of reasonable maintenance, natural disasters, power surges from the grid beyond the rating of installed protection, or work by third parties.
Maintenance plans are provided for the term and scope stated in your agreement. Additional repairs and replacement parts outside the plan scope are quoted separately and carried out only with your approval.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SunPower Shed is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of production or loss of energy savings. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid by you for that project.
Content on this website is provided for general information. You may not copy, reproduce or use our text, images, logo or designs for commercial purposes without written permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit false information through our forms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where SunPower Shed is registered. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally; unresolved disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you accept a quotation applies to that project.
